What's Happening

It was a quiet morning. Apparently, our Neighbors wanted to enjoy coffee, a burrito and a comfortable moment to chat. We were mostly closed half an hour early.

It was all about Team Trinity this morning They were our cooks, burrito assemblers and servers.

The multi-purpose room filled up early this morning! Every table was full by 8 AM. Everybody was up for peaceful companionship. What a pleasant morning!

We had full tables this morning. It was a good neighbors kind of day with leisurely visiting over coffee and breakfast.

Where have all the Neighbors gone? It was another very quiet day.

It was a good day to be a light day. Our volunteers took on new to them tasks. Their flexibility created a good morning for our Neighbors.

We had a lot of fun with the word "voluntold" this morning. Our faithful volunteers showed up and were "voluntold" which new-to-them task was the day's assignment.

It was a subdued atmosphere at NiN this morning. Neighbors came in later, enjoyed breakfast, then quickly went back out to the sunshine.

If no one reports, did Neighbors in Need actually happen? We did and we had a great day. Many neighbors attended. Many volunteers served generously. Breakfast was delicious.

Our guests were certainly in the mood for burritos this morning.

The pantry must have had a promotional sale this morning!

High numbers seem to be a regular thing at Neighbors in Need these weeks.

It seemed to be kind of a fast day today. Neighbors came in, got coffee, visited the pantry, grabbed a burrito and were gone. Very few stayed to chat.

Our pantry served 74 Neighbors and four families this morning. The crowd is always a bit smaller at the very first of each month.

Organizations and families in south Snohomish County sure have Christmas spirit. Our Neighbors are loved.
